These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Processing Orders and Shipping

 Your order will be processed within 24 hours of purchasing, you are within your right to cancel your order within these 24 hours and would need to email little-footprints@hotmail.com.  After this 24 hour period, we are unable to accept cancellation of your order and will continue to dispatch accordingly. 

Handmade items will have a 14-21 day turn around time before being posted.  It will then be posted via Royal Mail delivery method. 

  Although we try to dispatch our orders on time, there may be delays which are out of our control and we hold no responsibility for if this is the case we will let you know.

In some instances, we may post your parcels in separate packages, you will be notified via email should this happen.

Returns and Refunds Policy.

Please note, all of our items need to be washed inside out on a colour wash no harsh chemicals, if you have any queries please message us.

Please note we are unable to accept returns/refunds on all our items as they are handmade.
